IDR is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is focused on executing high-volume, high-stakes email campaigns in a healthcare-related industry, supporting growth and patient experience through precise technical execution. The team is modernizing their platform and requires a dedicated developer to ensure quality and efficiency in email communications.
Position Overview for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer:
- Responsible for building, QA’ing, and deploying production-ready emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate closely with campaign strategy, project management, and deployment teams
- Must translate complex design and data logic into reliable, scalable email builds
- Focus on high-volume email campaign execution with attention to detail and accuracy
- Operate efficiently within a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer:
- Salesforce experience required with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development experience
- Advanced HTML/CSS skills specific to email, including Outlook limitations
- Strong working knowledge of AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content
- Proven experience coding complex responsive emails, including background images, mobile stacking, and fluid layouts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple builds and work within an existing design system in a high-speed environment
