IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rochester, MN. This role involves leading critical infrastructure projects focused on network segmentation and security within a regulated enterprise environment. The position offers a chance to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic setting.

Position Overview for the IT Project Manager:

Lead the day-to-day execution of the MSS & Telecom Device Segmentation Project, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, and delivery across multiple teams.
Drive project phases from pre-enforcement through operational transition, ensuring alignment with governance and operational requirements.
Coordinate activities across Security, Network Engineering, MSS, Telecom, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of segmentation tasks.
Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating as needed to keep the project on track.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including milestones, enforcement metrics, and decision logs.
Requirements for the IT Project Manager:

Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure or cybersecurity projects.
Working understanding of network segmentation and enterprise networking concepts.
Strong stakeholder management skills in a regulated enterprise environment.
Proven ability to develop clear project reporting, dashboards, and executive status updates.
Experience translating technical execution into concise leadership communications and decision support.

Compensation Details: $55 – 60/hr
