IDR is seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on designing and managing infrastructure solutions, optimizing platforms, and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party applications within a Microsoft-focused environment. The company operates in a technology-driven sector, emphasizing infrastructure, automation, and system reliability.

Position Overview for the Technical Solutions Lead:

• Design and implement solutions to optimize existing platforms and integrations with third-party applications
• Manage Azure infrastructure and Office 365 environments
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, MSPs, and CSPs to create and enhance technical solutions
• Lead technical initiatives related to security, compliance, automation, and data integrity
• Provide technical leadership and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams

Requirements for the Technical Solutions Lead:

• Extensive experience with Azure Infrastructure management and Office 365 administration
• Strong background in solution design and third-party integration
• Proven experience working with MSPs and third-party vendors
• DevOps knowledge and experience working with DevOps teams
• Programming experience or knowledge in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or C# (current apps in C# are a plus)
