IDR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Coppell, Texas. This role involves working within a dynamic, enterprise-level environment focused on powering e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and data collection systems across multiple brands. Position Overview for the Senior Software Engineer:

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack solutions to support e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and data collection systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Marketing to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster growth and ensure best coding practices across projects.
• Support and enhance modern web applications using React, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals and improve system performance.

Requirements for the Senior Software Engineer:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in React and/or React Native
• 2+ years of experience in modern JavaScript development, including server-side work with Node.js and TypeScript
• Proven ability to work across different tech stacks (e.g., React, Vue, Thymeleaf, .NET)
• Experience supporting or building e-commerce platforms, including guest-facing applications, checkout flows, or loyalty systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
