IDR is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst – Data Conversion Steward – HCM to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role involves leading HR systems initiatives, optimizing HR technology, and supporting complex system configurations within a dynamic healthcare environment. The organization is known for its innovative approach to healthcare delivery and strong emphasis on technology integration.

Position Overview for the Sr. HRIS Analyst – Data Conversion Steward – HCM:
• Serve as a strategic and technical lead for HR systems, driving optimization and configuration efforts.
• Act as a liaison between Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Payroll to ensure system alignment.
• Design scalable HR solutions, lead enhancements, and maintain system integrations and configurations.
• Manage end-to-end testing, change management, and documentation for HRIS projects.
• Provide advanced reporting and data insights to support organizational decision-making.

Requirements for the Sr. HRIS Analyst – Data Conversion Steward – HCM:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience with HRIS modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, or Performance Management.
• Ability to read and write SQL, Visual Basic, and PeopleCode.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex system problems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
