IDR is seeking a long term contract, Technical Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity (10-20% travel on West Coast). The position requires a professional who can manage tech issues efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with healthcare staff and executives.
Position Overview for the Technical Support Analyst:
- Document and respond to customer requests and technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical problems in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service.
- Support users in a healthcare environment, including troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff, including clinical personnel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support multiple facilities with travel up to 20% as needed.
Requirements for the Technical Support Analyst:
- 4+ years of applicable IT experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel as required.
