IDR is seeking a Sr. Application Developer RPA/Workday to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting large-scale HR system integrations and automations within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on Workday and RPA technologies.
Position Overview for the Sr. Application Developer RPA/Workday:
- Design and maintain Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS), supporting secure data exchange with systems like ADP, iCIMS, and ServiceNow
- Develop and optimize UiPath automations using REFramework across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, ensuring reliability through strong error handling, scheduling, and reporting
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements, support UAT, and deliver scalable solutions while maintaining clear documentation
- Contribute to Workday releases, cloud initiatives, and AI/RPA enhancements following established development and change management standards
- Support RPA efforts within Mission Advancement, leveraging generative AI for documentation and process optimization
Requirements for the Sr. Application Developer RPA/Workday:
- 3+ years with UiPath RPA development
- 2+ years of experience supporting HR functions, including Talent Acquisition (TA), Payroll, and Recruitment within Workday
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday integrations
- Working knowledge of Oracle Finance module
- Nice to Have: Nonprofit background
