IDR is seeking a Product Manager I to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for a professional with experience managing digital products within an agile environment, focusing on refining product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The company specializes in innovative digital solutions across various industries, emphasizing user-centered development and strategic product delivery.
Position Overview for the Product Manager I:
- Partner with product leadership to refine vision and strategy for your product area
- Collaborate with engineering and UX/research teams to execute discovery activities that highlight user needs and pain points
- Work closely with UX teams to create usable experiences validated through rapid feedback and usability testing iterations
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize appropriately, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic organization
- Utilize business acumen and problem-solving skills to lead the development of digital products from inception to launch
Requirements for the Product Manager I:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of product experience in an agile environment, focused on digital products
- Business acumen, insatiable curiosity, and a desire to lead
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Experience partnering with engineering and UX/research teams to identify user needs and pain points
