IDR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join one of our top clients for this Permanent opportunity in Richardson, Texas. This role focuses on working cross-functionally to support the enterprise’ needs related to Salesforce. The Salesforce Developer focus on customizing and maintaining Salesforce platforms across several clouds including; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role requires 5-days per week on-site in our clients’ Corporate Headquarters in Richardson, Texas.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Developer:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience clouds
Strong in interpreting business requirement and documenting it for writing strong technical stories
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS
Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft

Requirements for the Salesforce Developer:

4+ years’ Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
2+ years’ Salesforce development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
Must have experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes
Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs
Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions

Certification Requirements:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211)

Preferred Salesforce Certifications
