IDR is seeking a Contract Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fountain Valley, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a busy healthcare contracting team during a leave of absence, involving contract development, coordination, and tracking within a healthcare provider environment.
Position Overview for the Contract Coordinator:
- Support and coordinate all aspects of contract development, execution, and tracking.
- Assist in drafting contracts and preparing contract documentation.
- Interface with physicians, physician offices, and internal departments to ensure timely contract execution.
- Secure signatures from providers, leadership, and senior management.
- Maintain and manage contract tracking systems and documentation.
Requirements for the Contract Coordinator:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience with contract development, execution, and tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Experience drafting contracts and supporting negotiation processes.
- Ability to run reports and perform basic data analysis.
