IDR is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role involves developing and enhancing in-house applications used by clinicians and team members within the healthcare industry. The company focuses on creating innovative applications for EMR, Revenue Cycle Management, and Mobile platform solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency. No C2C for this position. 

Position Overview for the Full Stack Developer:

• Build and optimize applications using React, JavaScript, and .NET Core technologies.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to translate user stories into functional modules.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Develop tools and modules that enhance clinician productivity and patient care.
• Mentor and support other developers while actively participating in team code reviews.

Requirements for the Full Stack Developer:

• 2-3 years of professional experience building complex, production-grade web applications.
• Experience with C#/React/JavaScript and a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with the .NET framework/various React libraries.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
