IDR is seeking a SAP Ariba Functional Lead to join one of our top clients for Sacramento, CA. This role is part of a dynamic procurement and supply chain industry team supporting critical infrastructure projects. The position offers an exciting opportunity to lead SAP Ariba functional support efforts within a hybrid work environment.

Position Overview for the SAP Ariba Functional Lead:

Provide functional support for the SAP Ariba platform, addressing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ariba modules in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
Ensure accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements

Requirements for the SAP Ariba Functional Lead:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Functional)
Proven experience supporting ticket-based environments (Tier 1 & Tier 2 support)
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
