IDR is seeking a SAP Ariba Functional Lead to join one of our top clients for Sacramento, CA. This role is part of a dynamic procurement and supply chain industry team supporting critical infrastructure projects. The position offers an exciting opportunity to lead SAP Ariba functional support efforts within a hybrid work environment.
Position Overview for the SAP Ariba Functional Lead:
- Provide functional support for the SAP Ariba platform, addressing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ariba modules in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements
Requirements for the SAP Ariba Functional Lead:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Functional)
- Proven experience supporting ticket-based environments (Tier 1 & Tier 2 support)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
