IDR is seeking a Epic Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Eagan, Minnesota. This role involves supporting a leading healthcare organization’s digital transformation initiatives by developing a robust, cloud-based data and AI ecosystem. The company is committed to innovation in healthcare IT and data analytics.
Position Overview for the Epic Data Analyst:
- Support the Digital Front Door + initiative by transforming Epic EHR clinical and operational data into a high-quality, AI-ready data foundation.
- Collaborate with cloud data engineers and business stakeholders to validate data readiness and support product development.
- Work across multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Microsoft Fabric) to accelerate delivery of scalable cloud data solutions.
- Analyze and profile healthcare data, ensuring robust data lineage and mapping.
- Contribute to advanced AI use cases and analytics by enabling efficient data transformation and integration.
Requirements for the Epic Data Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with six (6) years’ experience.
- Strong experience with Epic EHR data, including Epic Clarity.
- Advanced SQL and healthcare data analysis expertise.
- Experience with data profiling, data mapping, and lineage.
- Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure, Microsoft Fabric).
