Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Compensation Partner:

• Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation matters, collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with our client's compensation philosophy and business objectives.

• Design and manage compensation processes, including annual planning and off-cycle reviews, to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.

• Analyze market data and internal trends to provide insights and recommendations that support talent acquisition and retention.

• Collaborate with international teams to ensure global compensation programs are equitable and aligned with regional needs.

• Mentor and educate team members and leaders to enhance understanding and implementation of compensation strategies.

Required Skills for Senior Compensation Partner:

• 6-8 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with a proven track record of increasing responsibility and impact.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations and compliance, including federal, state, and local laws.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience with international compensation practices and global market considerations.
