IDR is seeking a Sr Account Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing key client relationships within the healthcare and health-related industries, focusing on retention, renewal strategies, and growth opportunities. The company is a leader in providing marketing products and services tailored to healthcare organizations.
Position Overview for the Sr Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring strategic objectives are met through effective relationship management.
- Develop and implement annual client renewal and retention strategies.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales and partnership teams.
- Participate in prospecting and contract negotiations with potential clients, providing product or service support.
- Maintain long-term client satisfaction and foster growth within existing accounts.
Requirements for the Sr Account Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business-to-business account management, client/customer service, or sales within healthcare or health-related sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent human relations skills to effectively interact with contacts inside and outside the organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, craft proposals, and communicate clearly and succinctly.
