IDR is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role offers the chance to support capital markets initiatives through system analysis, data integration, and surveillance solutions in a dynamic environment focused on trading data and regulatory compliance.

Position Overview for the Business Systems Analyst:

Lead and support the implementation of TradingHub Trade Surveillance solutions across capital markets environments
Perform detailed data mapping and analysis of order and execution data across various asset classes
Analyze and interpret trading activity for Commodities, Equities, FX, and Fixed Income
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements
Support the integration of trading and order data into surveillance and supervision systems

Requirements for the Business Systems Analyst:

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within capital markets
Hands-on experience implementing TradingHub Trade Surveillance solutions
Strong experience in data mapping, data analysis, and trade lifecycle workflows
Deep understanding of order and execution data across multiple asset classes: Commodities, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income
Experience with integration and implementation of trading data into surveillance platforms
