IDR is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator-Professional Services to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role is focused on sales and professional services operations within a dynamic organization that emphasizes process standardization and cross-functional alignment. The position offers the chance to contribute to operational excellence and foster effective collaboration between sales and service delivery teams.
Position Overview for the Sales Operations Coordinator:
- Serve as the operational bridge between the Sales organization and Professional Services delivery, ensuring growth cadences and process standards are consistently applied.
- Own and drive the structured sales and PS cadence, including pipeline reviews and opportunity check-ins, ensuring adherence and participation from leadership.
- Facilitate and maintain alignment forums, tracking action items and ensuring stakeholder visibility and engagement.
- Manage program discipline for sales-aligned initiatives, including launches, pursuit plays, and enablement activities, maintaining milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and improve overall effectiveness.
Requirements for the Sales Operations Coordinator:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, professional services operations, or a comparable program/process management role
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain operating cadences across stakeholder groups
- Strong process documentation skills with proven adoption across sales and delivery teams
- Comfortable engaging with and presenting to sales VPs and senior leadership
- Experience working at the intersection of sales and services delivery, with familiarity in pre-sales processes and pursuit management
