IDR is seeking a Compliance QA Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role supports a high-profile gaming organization focused on delivering quality experiences across console and mobile platforms. The Compliance QA Program Manager will help drive certification readiness, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and improve compliance workflows throughout the product lifecycle.

Position Overview for the Compliance QA Program Manager:

  • Lead compliance-focused QA and program management efforts tied to first-party platform requirements for console and mobile products.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate testing, planning, risk tracking, and certification readiness.
  • Translate complex platform requirements into clear guidance for stakeholders across product, engineering, and QA teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation that improve visibility into compliance risks and project status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and overall quality throughout development and release workflows.

Requirements for the Compliance QA Program Manager:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in QA leadership, project management, or program management within first-party compliance.
  • Hands-on experience testing against first-party requirements on development hardware and creating functional and compliance test plans.
  • Experience managing testers, tracking defects, and reporting on test coverage and quality outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical requirements to a range of stakeholders.
  • Preferred background in gaming, including familiarity with console/mobile launches, first-party platforms, and tools such as JIRA, Notion, or Airtable.
