IDR is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst/Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a role based out of Denver, CO OR New York City, NY. This role is essential in supporting marketing and sales initiatives through data analysis and project coordination within a dynamic industry. The company is focused on utilizing marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to enhance media sales and advertising effectiveness.
Position Overview for the Marketing Data Analyst/Project Coordinator:
- Support the Research & Insights team with data-driven reports and analysis to influence sales strategies
- Manage and produce recurring reports on industry verticals, audience reach, and marketplace trends
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop presentations and proofs of performance from various research sources
- Monitor and respond to custom research requests from sales for agency and client presentations promptly and expertly
- Maintain accurate records of research requests, reports, and marketplace intelligence summaries
Requirements for the Marketing Data Analyst/Project Coordinator:
- Extensive experience with MRI-Simmons and Nielsen platforms preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize large datasets and marketplace intelligence
- Excellent collaboration skills to support marketing presentations with proof points from third-party sources
- Proven ability to manage multiple research requests and maintain recurring reports efficiently
- Prior experience supporting marketing or media sales teams within large enterprise environments
