Position Overview for the Sales Support Specialist
In this role, you will provide support for the Sample Program, monitoring email communications to and from field-based personnel and working closely with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to effectively handle day-to-day operations pertaining to sample accountability.



Required Skills for the Sales Support Specialist:
  • 3+ years of experience working in Customer Service/Sales support position  
  • Experience in a Pharma/BioTech/Healthcare background
  • Experience working with FDA products and strong understanding of compliance/guidelines
  • Strong understanding of the PDMA with general knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory requirements
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Data Entry
