IDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rochester, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in healthcare or a related field, working within a dynamic environment to develop strategic marketing plans across various departments and external partners.
Position Overview for the Senior Marketing Specialist:
- Partners with Program Manager and Digital Marketing team to build comprehensive marketing plans
- Leads initiatives to understand business objectives and develop strategies aligned with them
- Collaborates with physicians, marketing teams, and external organizations to ensure cohesive messaging
- Supports digital marketing efforts, including market research and competitive analysis
- Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel to meet project needs
Requirements for the Senior Marketing Specialist:
- A bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar field
- 5 years professional experience in marketing or a related field OR a master’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred) with 3 years professional experience
- Proven execution ability including digital marketing experience
- Experience working with target audiences, market research, and evaluating the competitive landscape
- May require experience with marketing automation and data analysis
