IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rochester, Minnesota. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with marketing leadership to develop and execute strategies that support healthcare organization goals. The company operates within the healthcare industry, focusing on enhancing patient engagement and brand visibility.
Position Overview for the Marketing Specialist:
- Partner with the Marketing Manager and/or Director to build marketing plans.
- Drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance organizational mission and strategic goals.
- Involve in strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities including advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
- Support the evaluation of marketing strategies using data and trend analysis.
- Occasional travel and flexible work hours including weekends and evenings as necessary.
Requirements for the Marketing Specialist:
- A bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in a related field such as liberal arts, business, marketing, or healthcare.
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in a relevant marketing role.
- Broad-based knowledge of marketing strategies, including experience with digital marketing and understanding data trends.
- May require experience with marketing automation tools and working across digital and advertising channels.
- Proven execution ability, with preferred experience in enterprise-level healthcare marketing.
