Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
• Deliver executive-level administrative support, enhancing the efficiency of office and departmental operations
• Manage complex scheduling, including calendar management and travel arrangements, to optimize executive productivity.
• Prepare and process expense reports, manage purchase orders, and handle invoice processing.
• Create, edit, and proofread various documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information.
Required Skills for Executive Assistant:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting executives or C-level leaders.
• Associate degree required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact diplomatically across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
