IDR is seeking a CPQ Functional Analyst to join one of our top clients for Richardson, Texas. This role focuses on supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions within a manufacturing or industrial solutions environment. The company is known for its innovative approach to complex product configurations and integrated pricing methodologies.

Position Overview for the CPQ Functional Analyst:

• Support the ongoing enhancements, change requests, and system improvements for the CPQ platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configuration designs.
• Optimize product configuration rules, pricing structures, and quoting workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support and enhance CPQ–SAP integrations, including master data synchronization and order workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business units, engineering, sales, and IT to facilitate requirements gathering and process optimization.

Requirements for the CPQ Functional Analyst:

• 6+ years of functional experience working with CPQ platforms; strong understanding of CPQ business processes including configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and approvals.
• 2+ years’ experience integrating CPQ systems with SAP (SD, MM, or Variant Configuration modules preferred).
• Experience writing functional specs, test scripts, documentation, and process flows.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with Revalize FPX platform, including managing product models, pricing logic, workflows, and approval matrices.
