IDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role focuses on developing AI-powered solutions designed to enhance emergency call center operations, offering the chance to work on mission-critical SaaS products that impact public safety outcomes.
Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agent Assistance capabilities
- Deliver AI-driven features that support real-time workflows for call takers and frontline agents
- Maintain an outcome-based roadmap (Now / Next / Later) aligned to business value and customer impact
- Drive initiatives through full Product Lifecycle Management stages from concept to launch
- Create and maintain key artifacts including PRDs, business cases, and release readiness documentation
Requirements for the Senior Product Manager:
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or mission-critical environments
- Proven track record owning complex, user-facing products from concept through launch
- Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Experience building business cases, including market analysis, ROI projections, and compliance considerations
- Familiarity with AI-driven products, workflows, or decision-support systems
