IDR is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT!

Position Overview for the UX Researcher:

Define, build out, and cultivate adoption of the UX research toolkit and best practices across product teams
Lead research work on qualitative and quantitative projects, both online and offline
Create customer journeys, profiles, personas, and experience maps
Translate insights into compelling stories to engage diverse internal audiences
Develop a sense of customer centricity across long-term innovation projects and stakeholders

Requirements for the UX Researcher:

2+ years of experience in UX research
Bachelor’s degree in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or relevant field
Working knowledge of UX research tools and methods, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Experience setting up new UX research tools and processes, including managing vendor relationships
Experience working alongside subject matter experts in other crafts such as product, data science, business, and operations
