IDR is seeking a Sr Cogito Tools Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting healthcare data workflows and Epic reporting projects within a dynamic healthcare environment focused on operational and clinical metrics.
Position Overview for the Sr Cogito Tools Systems Analyst:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, validate output, and troubleshoot data issues.
- Support Epic reporting projects and manage data structures using Cogito tools.
- Validate and recreate report logic with strong SQL skills.
- Work with healthcare data workflows, clinical, and operational metrics.
- Ensure data validation, documentation, and quality review processes are maintained.
Requirements for the Sr Cogito Tools Systems Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years technology or business administration experience.
- Prior experience working with Epic or supporting Epic reporting projects is highly preferred.
- Experience with Epic data structures and reporting tools, including Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, and Slicer Dicer.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to validate and recreate logic from existing reports.
- Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and common clinical or operational metrics.
