IDR is seeking a Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Entra Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role supports the management and security of a complex hybrid identity environment within a leading organization in the technology sector. The position offers an engaging opportunity to work on advanced identity and access management solutions, ensuring security and governance compliance.
Position Overview for the Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Entra Administrator:
- Serve as the highest escalation point for identity-related incidents, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Lead identity security strategy initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles, working closely with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
- Manage and optimize hybrid identity environments involving on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Mentor Tier 1-2 support personnel, focusing on automation and governance improvements.
- Ensure audit-ready identity operations utilizing tools such as ServiceNow and NetIQ.
Requirements for the Tier 3 Microsoft 365 Entra Administrator:
- 5+ years of IAM experience, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Entra ID in a hybrid environment
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust identity controls
- Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, identity workflows)
- Strong PowerShell and automation skills
