IDR is seeking a Sr HR Integrations Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves working on complex Workday integrations, with a focus on API-driven system connectivity within a dynamic enterprise environment. The position offers an exciting chance to contribute to large-scale HR systems integrations, leveraging deep technical expertise.
Position Overview for the Sr HR Integrations Engineer:
- Seeking a senior, hands-on integration engineer with Workday expertise and strong system-agnostic integration skills
- Responsible for designing, building, and troubleshooting API-driven integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Microsoft Power Automate are utilized for execution layers
- Requires deep knowledge of Workday APIs, data structures, and business process behaviors
Requirements for the Sr HR Integrations Engineer:
- 4+ years of HR integrations experience, preferably with Workday SOAP and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Workday data models and object relationships
- Experience with Workday Business Process-controlled API behavior, security, XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation
- Ability to inspect and modify raw API requests or responses, troubleshoot API failures, and optimize integration workflows
- Proven ability to build and manage complex Workday integrations involving multiple systems and data flows
