IDR is seeking a Sr Workday Integration Analyst to join one of our top clients in a remote capacity. We are seeking a senior, hands-on integration engineer with Workday expertise and strong system-agnostic integration and software engineering fundamentals.

This role is responsible for designing, building, and troubleshooting API-driven integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms. Workday serves as the system of record, while Microsoft Power Automate and other tools act as orchestration and execution layers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• 4+ years of HR Integrations experience
  • Workday SOAP APIs (Web Services)
  • Workday REST APIs
  • Workday data model and object relationships
  • Workday Business Process-controlled API behavior
• Hands on XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation
• Integration security (ISU, ISSG)
