IDR is seeking a Customer Service Member to join one of our top clients. This is a HYBRID role and a 6-month W2 contract with an opportunity to extend or convert. If you are looking for Customer Service roles with large organizations, please apply today!
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Member:
- Answer internal phone calls and provide assistance with sensitive and confidential information
- Assess the nature and urgency of each situation and provide appropriate support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments or external agencies to coordinate additional support services as needed.
- Document each interaction accurately and comprehensively in the customer service database
Required Skills for the Customer Service Member:
- Great communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to handle high tense and potentially emotional situations
- Work through difficult situations
- Ability to multitask (answer emails, messages, phone calls, etc.)
- Time management skills
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
