IDR is seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join an opportunity in Santa Monica, CA. This role supports a dynamic team within the music industry that works with some of the biggest artists worldwide. The position involves providing essential administrative assistance to help manage marketing activities, project coordination, and team support.
Position Overview for the Marketing Administrative Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate marketing assets, including art and video requests, and ensure timely completion
- Manage artist assets, including photos, logos, bios, and other promotional materials
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management for marketing campaigns
Requirements for the Marketing Administrative Assistant:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in office administrative capacity (music marketing industry preferred)
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) preferred
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- Experience assisting the department in marketing activities surrounding releases including budget management, invoice processing, and routing key marketing information
