IDR is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role supports government IT services by providing Tier I and II technical assistance primarily focused on mobile applications for state residents. The organization strives to deliver seamless digital services that enhance citizen engagement and support public sector operations.

Position Overview for the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Provide Tier I and II technical support for the myColorado mobile application and portal across iOS and Android devices
  • Assist users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of mobile apps and related digital services
  • Document, track, and manage incidents using the ticketing system, ensuring clear and accurate issue reporting
  • Analyze, reproduce, and resolve technical issues or escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and de-escalating concerns as needed

Requirements for the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Experience providing Tier I and II technical support, including troubleshooting login, connectivity, and application issues
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems and experience supporting mobile applications
  • Ability to document, track, and manage incidents in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate issue details and timely updates
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to assist users, de-escalate concerns, and clearly explain technical solutions
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
