IDR is seeking a HR Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for Louisville, Kentucky. This role supports the Human Resources Learning & Development team within a corporate office environment that focuses on organizational development and employee programs. The position involves analyzing data to improve reporting processes and support HR initiatives through data-driven insights.
Position Overview for the HR Data Analyst:
- Support organizational development and employee programs through data analysis
- Perform data collection, validation, and reporting from various sources
- Design, test, and document data reporting and automation processes
- Respond to data inquiries from internal teams and create ad hoc reports
- Utilize relational databases and query tools to extract and analyze relevant data
Requirements for the HR Data Analyst:
- Experience with relational databases and query tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools
- Support organizational development or HR-related data projects
- Ability to design and document reporting processes and workflows
