Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Procurement Support Analyst / RFP Writer:

Develop comprehensive RFP content and procurement documentation for significant IT projects.

Assist in creating and maintaining a library of standardized procurement templates.

Document business and technical requirements for procurement initiatives.

Conduct market research and analysis related to MES and similar procurements nationwide.

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills for Procurement Support Analyst / RFP Writer:

5+ years of experience supporting large-scale projects or organizational initiatives.

2+ years of experience in developing procurement or RFP documentation for large IT initiatives.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and structured documentation.

Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into procurement-ready documentation.
