IDR is seeking a SAP BI / HANA Reporting Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Michigan. This role involves supporting enterprise-level reporting solutions within the public sector, focusing on the development and optimization of SAP HANA-based analytics and dashboards. The organization is committed to delivering innovative data insights to enhance government services and programs.

Position Overview for the SAP BI / HANA Reporting Lead:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP HANA-based reporting and analytics solutions
Develop and maintain SAP HANA data models to support enterprise reporting requirements
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
Provide leadership and guidance on BI architecture, reporting frameworks, and data modeling strategies

Requirements for the SAP BI / HANA Reporting Lead:

5+ years experience with SAP HANA modeling and reporting
Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ)
Experience building dashboards and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Strong understanding of enterprise BI architecture and reporting frameworks
Experience translating business reporting requirements into technical solutions
