IDR is seeking a HR Generalist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Provo, UT. This role is ideal for someone experienced in employee relations and HR support within a fast-paced environment, focusing on supporting employee engagement, policy adherence, and workplace investigations.
Position Overview for the HR Generalist:
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues, including performance management, workplace investigations, and compliance.
- Manage cases from medium to high risk, coordinating investigations and documenting findings.
- Support data analysis and reporting on employee relations trends across teams.
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Review and approve HR system transactions such as disciplinary actions and leave requests.
Requirements for the HR Generalist:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple deadline-driven responsibilities in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Use sound judgment to mitigate risk and weight the importance and validity of information to form fact-based opinions and solve problems
- Multi-task with ease as the HR/ER Generalist manages multiple channels of communication simultaneously while prioritizing the most urgent needs
- Provide world-class customer care; convey caring, empathy, patience and listening skills
