Position Overview for the IT Business Analyst:
We’re seeking a motivated professional with strong Oracle Cloud ERP (or similar) functional knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in operational IT support environments.
Required Skills for the IT Business Analyst:

5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in IT Operations or Application Management
2+ years of experience in IT Service Management experience in a Cloud ERP environment (Oracle Fusion)
2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tools
Experience working with Middleware and integrations platforms (Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, APIs).
Experience working in Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
