Position Overview for the Talent Partner:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with company’s requirements, culture, and values.
- Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process and a smooth candidate experience.
- Support diversity initiatives by engaging in additional sourcing when needed and promoting diversity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements for the Talent Partner:
- 3+ years of experience as a full lifecycle Talent Advisor/Partner.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong sourcing techniques and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a partly remote environment with quarterly travel.
