IDR is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading customer engagement initiatives for a prominent entertainment and dining company, focusing on loyalty program growth and retention through sophisticated lifecycle campaigns. The position requires a technically skilled individual capable of managing multi-channel marketing efforts independently.
Position Overview for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager:
- Lead customer engagement initiatives with an emphasis on loyalty program growth and retention
- Manage and optimize email campaigns, with SMS and in-app support as complementary channels
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from Salesforce/CRM platforms to inform campaign strategies
- Build and deploy end-to-end campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey building and audience segmentation
- Work independently, QA own work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives
Requirements for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager:
- 4–10 years of hands-on technical experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing roles
- Background as a Campaign Manager, Solution Architect, or Technical Project Manager (not Marketing Manager or Campaign Strategist)
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including HTML/CSS development, dynamic content, and journey building
- Technical ability to pull and manipulate data from Salesforce/CDPs
- Experience managing loyalty-driven campaigns with measurable retention impact
