IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves lead management of multiple projects within the finance and legal sectors, focusing on AI initiatives and document management migrations. The company operates in the technology and enterprise solutions industry, providing innovative services to its clients.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager:
- Lead and coordinate two parallel initiatives focused on finance AI projects and legal document management migration.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, schedules, budgets, vendors, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate across multiple departments such as IT, Finance, Procurement, Data & Analytics, and Legal.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships while effectively managing expectations.
- Oversee project scope and ensure project milestones are achieved within the designated timeframe.
Requirements for the IT Project Manager:
- 8+ years IT project management experience, preferably within financial/procurement systems or ERP implementations, as well as document management and migration.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, procurement processes, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Coupa.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
