IDR is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote, contract opportunity. This role involves supporting large-scale implementation projects within the healthcare industry, specifically focusing on clinical systems and workflows across multiple sites. The organization is committed to advancing healthcare technology solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Position Overview for the Project Manager/Business Analyst:
- Support the implementation of MAK SYSTEM and related workflows across multiple healthcare sites.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure project success and adherence to timelines.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and traceability efforts.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies (RAID), and prepare status reports for project stakeholders.
- Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and project artifacts documentation.
Requirements for the Project Manager/Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience managing projects involving IT and/or healthcare disciplines, including PMI process knowledge.
- OR Master’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing projects involving IT and/or healthcare disciplines, including PMI processes.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements solicitation, documentation, process mapping, and traceability.
- Strong RAID tracking, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and implementation support skills.
- Experience supporting data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation with MAK SYSTEM.
