- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and system issues to support automation initiatives and improvements to existing applications. Elicit and document business needs for new system development and translate requirements into well?defined user stories.
- Create comprehensive user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and conduct manual testing, including mobile application testing. Develop wireframes to support intuitive, user?centered design. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback on solutions.
- Participate in or lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Provide guidance to development teams by answering questions on user stories and serving as the interface between the developers and stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of user stories to ensure acceptance criteria, non?functional requirements, and overall readiness are fully met
- ?Coordinate and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders, ensuring timely sign?off and documenting additional work items for backlog consideration.
Required Skills for the Business Analyst:
- Senior Agile Business Analysis Leadership: 8+ years leading Agile ceremonies (Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives), creating high-quality user stories, performing QA reviews, coordinating UAT, and delivering complex business analysis with minimal supervision.
- Agile Tools & Lifecycle Management Expertise: 8+ years utilizing Azure DevOps, Jira, and similar tools to manage backlogs, ensure acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements readiness, and support end-to-end Agile delivery.
- Process Improvement & Solution Consulting: Proven experience identifying automation opportunities, developing proposals and wireframes for new systems, troubleshooting applications, and implementing effective business and technical solutions.
