IDR is seeking a highly skilled an experienced Peoplesoft Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in the public sector industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing, with an understanding of the flow between the Customer Contracts and Accounts Receivable modules as a functional analyst. The implementation work requires gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, setting up the system, and performing end-to-end business process testing with converted data and third-party interface systems.
The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a large team.
Other duties include documentation, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed. Some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.
Required Skills for the Peoplesoft Business Analyst:
- PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Expertise – 8+ years as a Functional Business Analyst with deep experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including Billing module implementation.
- System Integration & Testing Leadership – Proven hands-on experience conducting end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
- Enterprise Collaboration & Documentation Tools – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams for large-scale team communication and documentation.
