IDR is seeking a IT Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone aspiring to advance within an organization, starting from coordinating projects to potentially moving into project management. The company operates within the IT and financial services industry, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Position Overview for the IT Project Coordinator:
- Assist in managing and coordinating IT projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Support project teams from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project progress
- Document project activities, milestones, and outcomes for reporting purposes
- Grow within the organization with opportunities to transition into roles such as Associate PM or Project Manager
Requirements for the IT Project Coordinator:
- 5+ years of overall professional IT experience
- Experience in generic project coordination or project management
- Financial background or experience working within financial projects
- A great attitude, fast learner, flexible, and eager to help with various project needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
