Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Lead Business Analyst:
The Lead BA is responsible for creating and implementing a project plan that includes business and gap analysis work that supports the WIC MIS system and results in system requirement documentation. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on project milestones; identifying, managing, and escalating project risks and issues; and leading team members, as well as technical and non-technical subject matter experts to deliver project objectives. The Lead BA guides the team in reviewing the client systems; analyzing complex technical and business processes, prioritizing needs; and coordinates the gathering, development, and documentation of requirements. This position works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
