IDR is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is hybrid in downtown Atlanta. Local Candidates only!
Position Overview for the Senior System Analyst:
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows operating systems.
- Lead and execute migration, upgrade, and consolidation projects for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
- Automate tasks and improve system efficiencies using Powershell scripting and Group Policy configuration.
- Support SharePoint and cloud-based services such as Azure AD and ADFS, with optional experience managing AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and create detailed technical documentation for system processes.
Requirements for the Senior System Analyst:
- 10+ years of IT experience with proven expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment including Windows Client and Infrastructure management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, migration, or consolidation projects.
- 2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including mailbox migration.
- Hands-on experience with ADFS, Azure Active Directory, and cloud SSO providers; AWS infrastructure experience is a plus.
