IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Los Angeles, California. This role supports a high-volume recruiting organization by serving as a key point of contact for recruiting operations needs, ensuring smooth hiring workflows, accurate system data, and timely stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests while protecting sensitive information.

Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team, including job postings, system administration, and process guidance
  • Process, verify, and maintain recruiting/talent-related data while ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct routine audits and data quality checks across recruiting systems and tools to support compliance and reporting
  • Support the administration of vendor and recruiting tools by handling internal requests and maintaining access/seats
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, prioritize incoming work, and consistently meet service expectations

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar support function
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners and provide high-quality customer support
  • Experience working with data audits, reporting, or data quality processes in a recruiting/HR/operations environment
