IDR is seeking a IT Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is hybrid downtown Atlanta- 1-2 days onsite per week.
Position Overview for the IT Manager:
- Lead the development, review, and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication and training related to IT policy requirements, reporting resources, and compliance protocols.
- Escalate and document suspected policy violations following established IT procedures.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, SDLC, and regulatory compliance standards such as data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and guiding team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements for the IT Manager:
- Associate's degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Solid understanding of IT governance, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with experience motivating and guiding others toward goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, across technical and non-technical audiences.
